FDM Printing

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a layer-by-layer 3D printing process. A thermoplastic filament is heated and then extruded through a nozzle, which moves along a set path to create the design. Each layer is built upon the previous one, creating a 3D object. FDM printing is a reliable and cost-effective 3D printing service. We use high-quality filament and advanced machinery to create accurate and detailed models. Our FDM printers can produce parts with a resolution of up to 0.1mm, making them perfect for a wide range of applications.

SLA Printing

Stereolithography (SLA) printing is a 3D printing process that uses a UV laser to solidify a liquid resin, layer by layer, until the final object is formed. SLA  printing produces smooth, visually accurate parts made from cured resin. Our SLA printing service has a dimensional tolerance of ± 0.15% and a lower limit of ± 0.01 mm.

A laser machine uses high-powered laser beams to cut or engrave materials. The laser is generated in a light source, reflected by mirrors, and then directed through a lens onto the material. Laser cutting and engraving produces precise, high-quality results that cannot be obtained through traditional cutting methods. It allows for intricate designs and tight tolerances.
